About the role

Responsibilities
- Support management of key projects and strategic initiatives to support delivery of the business strategy
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure strategic meetings, planning forums and company events deliver against strategic outcomes
- Adopt and facilitate lean methodologies to improve planning, prioritisation, collaboration and execution
- Partner with Executive Directors to plan shareholder and investor engagements, roadshows and key meetings
- Champion Genuit’s purpose and trademark behaviours, embedding them across planning and leadership practices
- Lead a small team, ensuring strong alignment between strategy deployment and stakeholder communications
Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership experience in business planning, strategy, commercial or operations roles, within a listed environment
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Demonstrable track record of driving continuous improvement, particularly through lean methodologies
- Significant experience of leading cross-functional initiatives at pace
- Proven experience of influencing and embedding change at senior leadership level
- Demonstrated team leadership capability with a passion for developing and empowering others
- Exceptional analytical, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
