About the role
- Regional Estimation Manager overseeing estimating functions within El Dorado Hills, California in hybrid capacity for construction projects. Leading efforts for accurate, timely, and competitive estimates with a focus on operational capacity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee regional estimating activities supporting active and future project work.
- Review complex estimates to ensure scope clarity, pricing accuracy, and margin alignment.
- Partner with Regional Directors and cross-functional teams to align estimating with regional priorities.
- Establish and maintain consistent estimating standards and processes.
- Support continuous improvement through data, lessons learned, and process refinement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of construction estimating experience, with TAB, HVAC, or mechanical systems strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in construction estimating, preferably within TAB, HVAC, or mechanical scopes.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-market estimating operations preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing estimators or technical teams.
