Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of retail media plans across assigned retail.com partners (e.g., Ulta, Nordstroms, Costco, etc.).
Drive full-funnel media strategy including onsite search, display, and offsite retail media activation.
Ensure media investments align with brand priorities, product launches, seasonal moments, and promotional calendars.
Manage day-to-day campaign setup, pacing, and performance optimization across retailer media platforms.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, sales lift, new-to-brand metrics, traffic, and conversion.
Oversee retail media budgets, including co-op funding allocations and monthly forecasting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for retailer media teams and external agency partners.
Evaluate media effectiveness through incremental sales, share growth, and retailer contribution and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with brand teams, e-commerce, sales, finance, and creative partners to drive integrated retail growth.
Requirements
4 –6 years of experience in retail media, e-commerce advertising, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience managing sponsored ads and retail media campaigns across retail platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with retail media tools such as Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, or similar.
