Responsibilities

We identify, test, and implement improvements in manufacturability and production processes.
We monitor, evaluate, and strengthen cost, quality, service levels, and compliance.
We review, compare, and approve capital investments based on real need and impact.
We organize, connect, and support supply chain projects, including digital tools and data systems.
We assess, forecast, and mitigate supply‑related risks to protect product availability.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required: MBA or Masters degree is preferred
A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience is required, as well as 5 years leading or coordinating cross‑functional work.
Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or similar fields.
Direct experience operating in a healthcare manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret financial drivers such as COGS and P&L elements.
Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and NPI processes.
Comfortable working across global teams and complex structures.
Experience applying GMP principles, running plant operations, analyzing costs, evaluating vendors, reviewing contracts, collaborating across teams, and measuring performance.
