Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of IT and business/industry work experience
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams in a dynamic environment, including teams performing Business Analyst functions
- Advanced understanding of IT applications and technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools, as well as modern IT delivery practices
- Experience with AI-driven solutions (ChatGPT, RPA, predictive analytics) and integrating automation
- Experience with Business Analyst and Underwriting.
