About the role
- Intern providing legal support for inpEV’s projects on sustainability and environmental responsibility. Engaging in various legal tasks to assist internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to internal client requests, such as providing inpEV's legal documents;
- Draft initial versions of powers of attorney, meeting minutes, and other documents;
- Draft initial versions of simple administrative or judicial petitions;
- Review simple contracts;
- Conduct research on regulations and legal precedents;
- Assist in the analysis of legal documents within the scope of due diligence for receiving units to be taken over by inpEV;
- File and organize legal department documents (physical and digital) (contracts, registered minutes, powers of attorney, etc.);
- Track the sending and receipt of legal department documents;
- Prepare activity reports for the legal department.
Requirements
- Mandatory education: Enrolled in a law degree program, between the 3rd and 6th semester;
- Desired (not required): Extension courses or specialization in environmental law, waste management, and related topics;
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office and strong writing skills;
- Preferred: Previous professional experience in a law firm or company in regulatory law, environmental law, civil litigation, and contracts; basic knowledge of English.
