Responsibilities
Provide ER support across the Central Region, primarily Germany and Switzerland
Advise on disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee terminations
Coach managers and employees on sensitive and complex workplace matters
Lead and support employee relations cases, grievances, and investigations
Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Centers of Excellence on ER and employment law matters
Support reorganizations, M&A activities, and policy implementation
Manage employee separations, including settlement agreements
Support Works Council–related ER processes in Germany
Participate in regional and international ER projects
Requirements
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Broad Employee Relations experience in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in German employment law; Swiss employment law knowledge preferred
Proven ability to manage conflict and drive practical solutions
Experience with reorganizations, M&A, investigations, and involuntary terminations
Ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
Comfort working in ambiguous, complex environments
Strong judgment, ethics, and attention to detail
Knowledge of and experience working with German Works Councils
