About the role
- Lead the 'Software Development & AI' team at infodas, establishing standards and fostering collaboration. Drive technical excellence in software development and AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- You lead and develop the cross-functional “Software Development & AI” team—responsible for technical leadership, disciplinary management and organizational development.
- You shape the area by defining and establishing shared development standards, methodologies and best practices.
- You review concepts and architectures, define technical guardrails and support your team with complex technical challenges.
- You promote collaboration and knowledge exchange between software development and data science.
- You structure ideation, implementation and quality assurance in close cooperation with our consultants and clients.
- You are responsible for resource planning, professional development and sustainable skills building within the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in software development or in the field of Artificial Intelligence
- Experience in leading technical teams
- Solid understanding of software development principles (e.g. Clean Code, architecture patterns)
- Experience with both traditional and agile development methodologies
- Good German and good English skills
