Employee Administration Specialist ensuring seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee life cycle. Managing records, compliance, and supporting People Operations team for HR administration.
Responsibilities
Ensure a seamless employee experience by performing accurate and timely employee administration throughout the entire employee life cycle, including pre-hire processes, record keeping, attendance and absence management, and preparing documentation.
Prepare and update employment contracts and annexes, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Manage mandatory insurance processes required during employment, including registrations and deregistrations, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
First point of contact for the People Operations team, line managers, and employees, providing clear guidance and support on administrative employee matters.
Recognize when it is necessary to escalate complex and high-risk concerns.
Ensure data integrity and compliance in HR systems, databases, and employee files through streamlined processes.
Guarantee operational accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness in all processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in HR administration.
Familiar with key concepts of HR administration.
Genuine interest in continuous improvement of expertise in this area.
Pioneer at communication skills, able to engage in active listening and diagnostic information gathering to draw meaningful conclusions while respecting confidentiality.
Attention to details and systematic approach to work.
Natural troubleshooter.
Exceptional organization skills.
Ability to multitask while meeting agreed deadlines.
