- Proven track record of successfully closing equity transactions in the BFSI sector, including FinTech, Consumer, Healthcare, or Education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
