Responsibilities

Initiate and nurture respectful direct message conversations with individuals seeking disability and NDIS support.
Share approved messaging in a natural, supportive way that builds genuine relationships.
Identify when enquiries are ready to progress and confidently transition them to our specialist team.
Book Meet and Greet appointments in line with internal processes and accurately record all conversations and outcomes.
Monitor and actively engage in relevant Facebook Groups and online NDIS communities, including Support Coordinators and parents/guardians.
Contribute to meaningful engagement, Meet and Greet bookings, and conversion of enquiries into active participants.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong alignment with Incluso Services’ values in all interactions.
Requirements
Excellent written English and clear, confident communication skills.
Demonstrated experience managing social media messages or online communities.
High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, authentic tone.
