About the role

  • First-level supervisor overseeing a team in administrative operations at Celestica. Key responsibilities include event organization, inventory management, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Organize corporate or company events, including poster or banner design, gift preparation and distribution.
  • Handle the admin department purchase request, monitor approval process to ensure goods are delivered on a timely basis.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movement.
  • Ensure inventory system is updated accurately and promptly, and replenish the goods in a timely manner to support the operation.
  • Prepare presentation slides and provide training when necessary
  • Handle hotel booking, transportation, and meal arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • Taking meeting minutes, mass communication through email to employees.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments

Requirements

  • Three to six years in Admin or Logistic or Shipping Operation or relevant experience
  • Preferably in a similar or manufacturing industry
  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistic, Supply Chain management or a related field
  • Basic knowledge in logistic and documentations and compliance with relevant customs laws and regulations would be an added advantage
