About the role

  • Managing variable compensation models and annual objectives for the commercial team at Pernod Ricard Brasil with strategic alignment and decision support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and evolving variable compensation models and commercial incentives, as well as structuring and calculating the commercial team’s annual objectives.
  • Ensures consistency of criteria, accuracy of results and alignment with the business’s strategic drivers, supporting decision-making and performance direction.
  • Interacts with multiple areas across the company and participates in executive forums, contributing analyses and recommendations to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Experience in data analysis and building management reports;
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial performance indicators;
  • Advantage: experience with programming or automation tools (e.g., Python, KNIME);
  • Basic English.
