Responsibilities

Traducir resultados técnicos, datos de campo y análisis microbioma en argumentos comerciales claros.
Acompañar pilotos y ensayos, y liderar la narrativa de impacto para clientes estratégicos.
Construir relaciones con distribuidores clave en la región.
Co-crear estrategias de activación y expansión de mercado.
Realizar forecasting y análisis de funnel.
Definir SLAs, etapas de pipeline y adopción de automatizaciones.
Mantener métricas claras de CAC, LTV, conversión y cobertura de pipeline.
Requirements
5+ años en ventas consultivas dentro de la industria de nutrición animal.
Experiencia vendiendo aditivos funcionales, salud intestinal, moduladores, enzimas, soluciones microbioma o tecnologías de eficiencia productiva.
Experiencia directa con productores de proteína animal e industrias de alimento balanceado.
Experiencia liderando desarrollo de negocios.
Excelente comunicación técnico-comercial.
Capacidad para liderar ciclos de venta complejos con múltiples stakeholders.
