About the role

Responsibilities
- As part of the Entice tribe, focus on insurance buying journeys for commercial customers.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional squad to develop webshops and digital buying solutions for SMEs.
- Define work items for development within the squad.
- Ensure technical choices are understood and collaborate with other developers.
- Create automated tests for code deployment.
- Mentor and coach other developers regarding best-practices in software development.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development and its methodologies.
- Knowledge of .NET ecosystem and its tooling.
- Deep knowledge of modern web development frameworks. React is preferable but not mandatory.
- Attention to details with a test-driven mindset.
- Experience in frontend testing.
- Experience in leading a team or mentoring.
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written (Nordic language knowledge is an advantage).
