About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and implement integrated media strategies, with a primary focus on top- and mid-funnel activities to expand qualified reach and drive demand generation;
- Plan, execute, test and optimize campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring efficiency and continuous performance improvement;
- Define and monitor KPIs and business targets, driving data-led optimizations and campaign learnings;
- Analyze media data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions and campaign evolution;
- Manage multiple media projects and investments, ensuring prioritization, efficiency and impact on results;
- Build close client relationships, leading strategic discussions and results presentations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of digital media planning and management;
- Proficiency with major media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360 and other self‑service platforms;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and inform strategic decisions;
- Experience with full-funnel strategies, connecting awareness, consideration and demand generation;
- Experience in project management and team leadership;
- Experience with B2B brands or strategies is a plus.
