Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences
Implement REST/SOAP integrations
Support releases, testing, and upgrades
Enforce platform governance and quality standards
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring
Requirements
7+ years of software development experience
4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
3+ years' experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development
