About the role
- Program Manager overseeing Cybersecurity contract for Defense Human Resources Activity. Responsible for execution, management, and delivering on strategic goals in a complex DoD environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a Cybersecurity contract supporting the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA)
- Manage all aspects of program execution including strategy, resources, risk, and performance
- Provide overall direction and management for contract operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Government Program Manager and senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and performance metrics dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline (or related field)
- Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in program management leading large, multi-disciplinary federal IT or cybersecurity programs
- PMP certification required
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Security clearance
- Current certification required in at least one of the following: RCCE Level 1, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM, GFACT, GSLC
