- Resolve unique and complex issues with significant business impact
- Participate in the design, review and implementation of products and business initiatives
- Monitor legislative developments, produce legal analyses and assess their impacts
- Represent the company on industry committees
- Work directly with senior management on select matters or conduct strategic follow-ups
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary matters involving diverse areas of expertise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and practices
Requirements
- 15–20 years of relevant legal experience
- Advanced proficiency in English
