About the role

Responsibilities

- Capture each stage of our development and key moments
- Convey the atmosphere and spirit that drive us
- Contribute to the development of our internal communications
- Organize events, after-work gatherings, and related activities
- Storytelling & copywriting: turn raw results into compelling messages
- Provide photo and video coverage of key moments
- Create and manage internal communication tools
- Assist with the organization and setup of trade shows, conferences, and receptions
- Develop and optimize certain design/process workflows
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Master 2) in Communications, Design, or Marketing
- 3–5 years of experience, ideally in a technical environment
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong interest in photography and video
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Autonomous, collaborative mindset, and strong intellectual curiosity
