Responsibilities
Support Corporate Communication tasks, such as preparing presentations, organizing information for reports, coordinating institutional events, and internal engagement initiatives
Assist in organizing and consolidating data, indicators, and relevant information for the area's projects and reports.
Support the management and monitoring of Sustainability projects (environmental, social, and governance), including updating schedules, organizing materials, and liaising with partner areas.
Plan, schedule, and organize internal and external meetings, including calendar management and handling invitations.
Coordinate the logistics for in-person meetings, including requests for refreshments, rooms, equipment, and necessary materials.
Support the organization of committees, forums, and area meetings, ensuring proper logistics and coordination.
Support the area's budget control, including budget tracking, postings, and expense monitoring.
Carry out and follow up on financial processes such as creating purchase requisitions, orders, contracts, payments, and liaising with finance teams and suppliers.
Organize and keep the area's financial controls up to date, ensuring adherence to the company's internal processes.
Maintain organized files, presentations, and documents for the area (folders, controls, and systems).
Support the standardization of administrative processes and the team's operational routines.
Help structure basic controls and monitoring reports for the area's activities.
