Responsibilities
Execute the institutional communications plan, ensuring alignment with management and specialist guidelines;
Support everyday management of the PR and Digital agency, acting as the operational focal point;

Organize, route and follow up on internal communications requests, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality;
Support media relations, including tracking storylines, assisting with interviews and following up with journalists;

Operate the company’s corporate LinkedIn account and support executives in managing their profiles;
Plan and organize the content calendar in alignment with the defined strategy;
Monitor media and communications performance, including clipping, awareness, share of voice and engagement;
Consolidate results reports and highlight key insights and opportunities for improvement;
Support communications benchmarking, bringing market references and best practices;
Support execution of communications in sensitive situations, organizing materials and workflows under the guidance of management and the specialist;
Ensure consistency of language, tone of voice and key messages across all content;
Support the area’s operational control, including organization of invoices;
Track payments and supplier costs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication, Digital Communication or related areas;
Experience with press office / PR;
Institutional content production;
Corporate LinkedIn management;
Interface with communications agencies;
Basic knowledge of communications metrics (clipping, engagement).
