Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, focusing on EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital Projects, Strategic Modeling
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of planning and forecasting solutions
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for advanced business rules and automation within EPBCS
- Integrate EPM applications with source systems using FDMEE and Data Management
- Create and manage automation scripts leveraging EPM Automate for process efficiency
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for EPM applications
- Utilize Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView for reporting and analysis
- Apply AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics techniques to enhance planning models and deliver actionable insights
- Stay updated on AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant capabilities into EPM solutions for improved decision-making
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS modules listed above
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting for EPBCS customizations
- Experience with integration tools: FDMEE, Data Management
- Knowledge of automation tools: EPM Automate
- Advanced skills in Excel, SmartView, and Essbase Add-in
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them in predictive planning and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
