About the role
- CRE Portfolio Manager III managing commercial portfolio risks and optimizing customer relationships. Working directly with Relationship Managers and overseeing portfolio quality and administration.
Responsibilities
- Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
- Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio
- Optimize customer relationships working directly with Relationship Managers to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue.
- Will be responsible for risk rating new credits and ongoing updating of risk grades in assigned portfolio.
- Participate in special projects as expected.
- Work with and mentor Credit Analysts to develop required competencies and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, accounting or demonstrated knowledge and expertise
- 12+ yrs related CRE experience
