About the role

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and initial contact with clinics, hospitals and laboratories throughout Brazil;
- Registering and credentialing new providers according to company guidelines and contractual requirements;
- Collecting, validating and keeping partners' mandatory documentation up to date (CNPJ, operating permits, CNES, licenses, etc.);
- Supporting the preparation, sending and tracking of contract drafts, under supervision;
- Responding to internal requests for locating and recommending providers in specific regions;
- Updating systems, spreadsheets and management tools with current partner data;
- Supporting the analysis of providers' compliance with the operational and contractual requirements of programs;
- Interacting with areas such as Legal, Sales and Operations to align network demands;
- Evaluating process improvements for system use and translating initiatives into actions;
- Presenting results for the processes under your responsibility.
Requirements
- University degree in progress or completed in Administration or related fields;
- Experience with Excel and management systems (control spreadsheets, data validation);
- Experience in healthcare companies, payers, clinics or in procurement/purchasing is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of contracts, third-party credentialing or regulatory routines (CNES, CNPJ, etc.) is a plus;
- Experience with tools such as Trello, Monday, Google Drive, CRM or network management portals is a plus;
- Experience with supplier contracting and management is a plus;
- Knowledge of BI is a plus.
