Responsibilities
Prospect and credential service providers for contractual engagement to serve patients enrolled in the programs;
Negotiate services and fees within established metrics, verify documents, complete and monitor signed contracts with legal support;
Manage relationships with the credentialed network, ensuring documentation is kept up to date and mandatory trainings are maintained;
Support and monitor clinics' billing processes when necessary;
Create and maintain partner records in the credentialing system;
Perform similar and/or related tasks;
Respond to tickets in the systems and handle requests according to SLA deadlines;
Provide internal and external customer service via email and telephone.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (healthcare, administrative, or related fields) is a plus;
Experience in support, credentialing, or client relationship management is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
