Responsibilities
- Strategic Finance & Planning: Assist in maintaining the company’s operating model, projected P&L, and cash flow reporting
- Support the annual budgeting process and help prepare quarterly materials for our Board of Directors and investors
- AI Innovation & Automation: Apply your emerging expertise in LLMs (like Claude) to accelerate data cleaning, dashboard creation, and research
- Help automate both traditional financial reporting and cross-functional analysis to increase our "speed-to-insight."
- Internal Consulting & Biz-Ops: Support cross-functional projects and operational improvements across the company
- Dig into the numbers to uncover the "why" behind product performance, inventory planning, and marketing spend, translating raw data into actionable insights for leadership
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related field. You have a solid foundation in 3 Statement Financial Modeling and analytics. A background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing brands is a plus
- AI Fluency: You have an emerging expertise and genuine interest in using LLMs (like Claude) to work smarter, automate repetitive tasks, and synthesize data. Some experience with Claude Code, SQL or Python is also a plus
- Growth Mindset: You are highly curious, eager to learn, and excited to step outside the bounds of traditional FP&A
- Collaborative: You enjoy working across different departments and are comfortable communicating complex financial concepts to non-finance partners
