- Collection and import of variable pay elements
- Thorough review and verification of payslips
- Preparation of final settlements (end-of-employment payments)
- Management of DSN (event-based and monthly filings)
- Handling of sick leave and statutory sick pay (IJSS)
- Monitoring of legal and collective agreement changes
- Social declarations and liaison with social agencies
- Review of post-payroll reports and resolution of anomalies
Requirements
- 3–4 years' experience in payroll administration
- Ability to independently manage a client portfolio
- Reliable, timely payroll delivery
- Experience with Silae is a plus
