Addresses objections or concerns raised by customers and provides clear explanations or solutions to overcome the objections.
Gathers customer feedback and requirements and shares them with internal teams to drive product improvement.
Contributes to the creation of documentation, such as case studies to help customers understand the technical aspects and benefits of the product.
Stays updated with the latest product enhancements, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Organizes workshops for potential or existing customers to dive deeper into the product's capabilities and address specific use cases.
Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in IT, Science, Technology, Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in value selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
