About the role
- HR People Partner at HOLYWATER TECH managing full employee lifecycle, working closely with leaders to enhance HR processes and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Вести повний employee lifecycle: адаптація, розвиток, performance, переходи, offboarding.
- Партнеритись із лідерами: оцінка/розвиток людей, складні кейси, підтримка менеджерів.
- Працювати з retention, мотивацією, кліматом і ризиками.
- Допомагати з оргструктурою та розвитком ролей.
- Покращувати HR-процеси та запускати нові from scratch, вести ініціативи під OKR.
Requirements
- Досвід у ролі HR People Partner/HRBP/HR Generalist від 3 років.
- Впевнена робота з даними та аналітикою (опитування, гіпотези, рішення на основі даних).
- Досвід звільнень/скорочень.
- Сильні навички роботи зі стейкхолдерами та менеджерами.
- Досвід побудови people-процесів from scratch.
- Плюсом буде HR-освіта / менторство / викладання.
