- ERP Manager supporting teams across Finance, Operations, and Business Operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Analyzing processes and leading ERP projects to optimize operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for ERP improvements, integrations, and automation
- Lead end-to-end ERP projects
- Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs
- Collaborate closely with Business Operations, Finance, and Operations teams
- Manage and implement system integrations between the ERP and other internal or external systems
- Maintain and continuously improve the ERP environment
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guidance
- Serve as the main point of contact for external partners and vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing ERP-related projects
- 3+ years of deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and all its modules
- Knowledge of the Production module is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in autonomous management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customization and API integration
- Solid understanding of business processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
