About the role
- Senior Consultant optimizing IT-Portfolio with a focus on IT-Services and Supplier for sustainable IT usage. Collaborating with clients to enhance service delivery and guide junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Together with our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets to ensure a future-proof use of IT
- Increase service delivery to drive business value and support the successful introduction and continued development of IT services
- Support IT sourcing projects to optimize cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization
- Optionally, take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- University degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management
- Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a good sense for the interface between IT and the business
- Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies, as well as a high degree of self-motivation and a conscientious working style
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
