About the role
- Senior Consultant providing IT management consulting for clients in diverse industries. Supporting strategic transformations and developing individual IT strategies with a focus on organizational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Develop tailored concepts together with the client
- Conduct requirements and process analyses and support the implementation of strategic transformations
- Guide the change process together with employees through sustainable change management
- Optional: Provide technical leadership to Junior Consultants on joint projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
- Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT effectively in a digital world
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
