About the role
- Senior Consultant optimizing IT operations and assessing IT organization for clients' needs. Involves mentoring junior consultants in projects while implementing solutions for complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Together with our clients, you optimize IT operations to ensure IT is stable, efficient and aligned with business needs.
- Analyze and assess the IT organization (e.g. IT infrastructure, operations, IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools on the market and determine how they can contribute to improving the client's existing processes.
- Optionally take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations.
- Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong appreciation for the interface between IT and the business.
- Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, along with a high degree of self-motivation and a conscientious working style.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent).
