- Senior Consultant in IT Management & Digitalisierung supporting clients in Germany with transformation and digitization projects. Focus on developing individual IT strategies and solutions for various industries.
Responsibilities
- Berate unsere Kunden rund um Transformation, Digitalisierung und IT-Management
- Identifiziere die organisatorischen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und entwickle gemeinsam mit ihnen individuelle Lösungen
- Gestalte den Veränderungsprozess auf Augenhöhe mit den Mitarbeitenden und dem Management aus verschiedenen Kundenbranchen und der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Entwickle unser Beratungsangebot weiter, durch Einbringung von Erfahrungen und neuen Methoden
- Optional fachliche Führung von Junior Consultants in gemeinsamen Projekten
Requirements
- Erste Projekt- und/oder Beratungserfahrung im Bereich Transformation und Digitalisierung im IT-nahen Umfeld
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von ITIL, Scrum oder Prince2
- Hohes Interesse daran, IT in einer digitalen Welt gut zu organisieren und zu steuern
- Du kennst die Herausforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business
- Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
