Requirements
- University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or ITSM, preferably also in a leadership role.
- Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience managing complex IT organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, paired with the ability to analyze complex situations and derive practical recommendations for action.
- High level of personal responsibility, a structured working approach, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent / negotiation level).
