Requirements
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Systemintegration, z.B. in der Administration von Rechenzentren oder im IT-Service eines Systemhauses, alternativ Studienabschluss im Bereich IT, z.B. (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Cyber Security Management o.ä.
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Betrieb sowie erste Erfahrungen im IT-Notfallmanagement oder mit ITIL-konformen Betriebsprozessen.
- Antrieb, sich in komplexe Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten, pragmatische Lösungsfindung und ein überzeugendes Auftreten.
- Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch.
