Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of medium and large complexity projects
- Plan and manage the lifecycle end-to-end, from Vision to Outcome Realisation
- Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within a programme/portfolio
- Manage the projects using the Change Delivery Framework
- Prepare and present the Steer Co packs and contribute to the Programme Board pack
- Control and management of project budget, escalating any deviations
Requirements
- Experience of successfully delivering complex change with competing priorities
- Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects of differing scale and scope
- Experience of structuring, planning and delivering an RFP
- Practical experience of planning and resource scheduling within the project process
- Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) or membership (e.g. APM, PMI) desirable
- Change Management qualification (e.g. APMG) advantageous
- Ideally be educated to Degree level or equivalent
