About the role
- Assistant Project Manager supporting multi-platform production campaigns at WPP Production in Levallois-Perret. Collaborating with creative teams and ensuring smooth project execution across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Content Studio team in managing and producing multi-platform communication campaigns
- Operate at the heart of the project ecosystem, liaising with clients, agencies and technical vendors
- Help bring creative concepts to life by ensuring smooth, organized production that meets client expectations
- Take part in setting up and producing multi-platform campaigns (digital, social media, press, TV, audio, etc.)
- Provide support to coordinate internal resources and external partners
- Contribute to the operational tracking of deliverables and their correct distribution
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 program (master’s level) — business school, communications, audiovisual production or equivalent
- Fluent English required (minimum level C1): used daily in speaking and writing with teams and international clients
- Organization & rigor: you know how to organize yourself and manage priorities with precision and efficiency
- Coordination: you enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication
- Curiosity & adaptability: you are curious and autonomous in learning new content formats and production technologies (AI, video, digital, etc.)
- Autonomy: you can take initiative while reporting effectively to your manager
- IT: comfortable with tools/software and proactive in adopting them
