Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently graduated with a BSc/MSc in Industrial Management Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of or academic exposure to industrial project management, lean manufacturing, or process improvement.
- Interest in digital transformation technologies (AR, IoT, AI) applied to manufacturing or asset-intensive industries.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- IEFP professional internship is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion) is a plus.
- Previous internship or project experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus.
