About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for all phases of recruitment and selection process. Establishing recruitment pipelines and delivering effective client service to meet hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Performing all phases of the recruitment and selection process for designated departments
- Establishing effective recruitment pipelines to access top level talent
- Delivering timely and effective customer service to clients to meet hiring needs
- Proactively sourcing, networking, and marketing job opportunities
- Using existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Ensuring regular communication with clients to provide updates on status and progress
- Attending community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local events and job fairs
- Supporting company-wide initiatives by serving on special projects within Talent Acquisition Services
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior experience in recruiting
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairs
- Must be local on Maui
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (helpful)
- Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events (helpful)
