About the role

  • Customer Success Manager enhancing client satisfaction through structured onboarding and performance analysis for digital dental solutions. Collaborating with client teams to improve usage and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers and ensure, through a structured onboarding, that they feel confident using smart.Order from day one.
  • You act as a reliable sparring partner for our customers throughout the customer journey and build long-term, partnership-based relationships.
  • You regularly analyze customer performance, present results in a clear manner, and identify where additional potential exists.
  • Together with our teams, you continuously help develop smart.Order, closely guided by our customers’ feedback.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial or dental vocational qualification.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the dental industry or as a dental assistant (ZFA).
  • You interact openly and confidently with a variety of customer groups.
  • You are motivated and impress with strong communication skills.
  • You work in a structured, well-organized, and independent manner.
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
