About the role
- Vessel Performance Manager responsible for analyzing customer data and managing customer portfolios in the marine industry. Delivering presentations and advising on maintenance strategies while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer data and presenting recommendations to customers
- Managing a portfolio of customers and conducting regular performance reviews
- Analyzing customer data, using advanced analytics, to interpret vessel performance KPI’s
- Assessing vessels performance based on insights from multiple data sources
- Delivering customer presentations in a structured and comprehensible manner
- Providing advice on hull maintenance strategies and actions
- Supporting and training sales in utilizing performance evidence to promote coatings
Requirements
- University education such as Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or experience with hull performance
- Experience in using Data analysis to identify insights and recommendations
- Good presentation skills and desire to work with cross functional teams with diversified backgrounds
- Ideally an understanding of vessel operations, performance systems, biofouling growth or impact from hull coatings
- General behavioral competencies most relevant for the job
- Strong customer service orientation enjoying giving support to other stakeholders within the organization.
