Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day relationships with Abound's partner network, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring they're set up to perform
Track, report on and interpret partner performance metrics obsessively - you should be able to recite our key numbers at any moment
Identify issues before they become problems and resolve them proactively, working cross-functionally with product, credit and operations
Lead on new growth initiatives including GEO, testing new acquisition channels and building the playbook for scalable growth
Support the development of our broader partnerships and growth strategy, contributing to how we think about the commercial roadmap
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, a high-growth startup or a similarly demanding, fast-paced environment - we care more about ceiling than CV
