About the role
- Analista de DP Jr supporting HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation at Health Tech. Involves recruitment, payroll, and employee relations management in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Payroll Department routines, ensuring correct execution of processes related to personnel administration, using the Protheus (TOTVS) system
- Perform onboarding, termination, timekeeping, and maintenance of employee records in Protheus
- Assist in preparing and closing the payroll, including social charges, benefits and statutory filings
- Monitor and record vacations, leaves of absence, medical certificates and personnel movements
- Review and generate reports from the Protheus system
- Assist with compliance of legal obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, etc.)
- Respond to employee inquiries, clarifying questions about payroll, benefits, legislation and internal procedures
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
- Experience: Prior experience with Payroll Department routines, including use of the Protheus (TOTVS) system
