Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support collaboration services and solutions for consulting clients
- Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements
- Work as a member of the HBS Mitel team as a leader and contributor that provides consultative and proactive project support
- Collaborate and be a leader across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely scope of work
- Research new products for selection, enhance configuration standards, and educate team members
- Provide senior level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects
- Create and maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical related field
- 3-5 years in a technical related field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience working as a consultant
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Installing and supporting Mitel solutions MiVoice Office 250, MiVoice Business, or MiVoice Connect
- Certification in one of the above Mitel UC platforms
- Strong VoIP troubleshooting skills
- Experience deploying VoIP Protocols – SIP, QoS, G711/G729
