Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management and strategic development of e-commerce channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Support inventory management and fulfillment operations

Requirements
3+ years operations experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify or other marketplace platforms
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, and scalable processes
Analytical mindset with strong comfort in dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, affiliate ecosystems, and marketplace operations
Strong understanding of analytics and how channel financials impact business outcomes
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Ability to operate cross-functionally and keep teams aligned
Fast execution speed — comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
