About the role
- Head of Finance responsible for budget planning and financial strategy in a dynamic startup. Leading financial process optimization and stakeholder communication for strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- You develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
- You build a robust financial planning and forecasting model (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
- You maintain transparent cost and budget control across all departments.
- You take ownership of the entire finance tool stack.
- You are responsible for communication with external partners such as tax advisors, auditors, banks, and investors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in controlling and accounting or a comparable role in a fast-growing environment.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
- Extensive understanding of revenue metrics and SaaS KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and proactive collaboration with the leadership team.
