About the role
- Analyst assisting in financial planning and analysis processes at Neogrid. Supporting budget building, financial reporting, and data quality assurance across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building the budget
- Update recurring financial reports (actual vs. budgeted)
- Collect and organize data from different departments
- Support basic variance analyses
- Prepare dashboards and presentations
- Support financial close activities (interface with accounting)
- Ensure consistency and quality of datasets
Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, or Corporate Finance
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear and concise communication
- Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
- A plus: Experience in technology companies, SaaS, or businesses with recurring revenue models
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and reporting automation tools
