About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations (current accounts, investments, cards, and other payment methods);
- Monitor and update actual and projected cash flow;
- Ensure accurate accounting and recording of financial transactions in systems;
- Manage treasury activities (balance control, forecasting, and financial transactions);
- Identify, analyze, and resolve financial discrepancies with agility and critical judgment;
- Monitor settlements, clearances, and financial offsets;
- Support and collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure data consistency;
- Prepare management reports on cash position and reconciliations;
- Recommend improvements to financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Solid experience in bank reconciliations and treasury routines;
- Practical experience with cash flow management (actual and projected);
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP);
- Experience with ERP or financial systems.
- Nice to have:
- Experience handling high volumes of financial transactions;
- Experience with bank integration and automated reconciliations;
- Familiarity with systems such as NIBO, Domínio, or similar;
- Experience participating in improvements or structuring of financial processes.
